The Ridge Walk Hike

Experience the beauty of AlUla's expansive landscape on this 6 km hike along a picturesque ridge. This trail offers you to enjoy mesmerizing beauty of AlUla Oasis from a unique vantage point. This lush oasis has sustained life for millennia, shaping the destiny of the region's and securing it’s place on the caravan route. 

The Ridge Walk hike is located a short 30-minute drive from Husaak Center AlUla.

The journey begins with a brisk uphill walk, offering a challenge right from the start. As you ascend, you'll feel the exhilaration of conquering the incline, knowing that the reward awaits at the top. And what a reward it is – the summit unveils a breathtaking panoramic view of AlUla Oasis. 

After conquering the initial ascent, the trail levels out, allowing you to catch your breath and immerse yourself in the surrounding beauty. Here, you'll find the pace of the hike slowing down, encouraging you to take in every detail of the stunning landscape around you. The hike itself is estimated to take around 2.5 to 3 hours, but the memories and experiences you'll gather along the way will last a lifetime.

Key Info:

• We recommend dressing in comfortable hiking attire and boots, bringing your hat, sunscreen, jacket/windbreaker, polar fleece, and backpack
• Not suitable for children under 8 years old
• Hiking requires medium physical fitness and stamina
• Hiking clothes and boots will not be provided

Please be mindful of booking other activities if the estimated return time overlaps with The Ridge Walk, the group will not wait for you and if you do not make it on time you will be marked as a no show and lose your ticket. There is no rescheduling or refunding.

We require a minimum of 4 pax to run each experience. If the trip does not reach the minimum number, you will be offered a different time or alternate activity. However, if this does not suit you, you will be refunded the amount.You can view Husaak's terms, conditions and cancelaton policy here.
