The Asir region in southwestern Saudi Arabia is home to some of the highest peaks in KSA along with amazing wadis, waterfalls and lush green valleys. This 2 night camping adventure is a weekend you won't forget! Jurassic World takes you off the beaten path to places where few have gone before. The 9 KM journey will have you hiking across different terrains and require abseiling from the top of the mountain.

The Essentials: Ankle support hiking boots, thick woolen socks, 50L hiking rucksack, day rucksack, microfibre towel, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, headlights (with spare batteries), hiking gear and reusable insulated water bottle (2l)
Nice to Have: Hat, sunglasses, lip balm and sunscreen, bug spray/ repellent, camera / gopro with chargers, extra batteries, toiletries, fresh clothes, sandals / flipflops for the camp and waterproof mobile phone case.

Day 1 -
Meet our team at Abha Airport and drive to The Outpost. Here the group will have a full trip briefing before driving to the campsite. Work together to set up camp before preparing a scrumptious dinner. Sit around a campfire and take sometime to unwind as you engage in a round of introductions.
Day 2 -
Wake up early and eat breakfast. Set off to the start ppoint and begin a 9 KM hike through various terrain. Have a packed lunch on the go. There will be some abseiling from the top of the mountain! Once the trip is finished the group will return to the campsite. Tuck into a delicious grilled dinner prepared on the fire before relaxing for the night.
Day 3 -
Wake up early, eat breakfast and pack up camp. Drive to The Outpost to use the toilet & shower facilities before being dropped off at the airport.
