10 Day Egypt Itinerary to Cairo, Nile Cruise and Alexandria

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo

Welcome to Egypt! At Cairo International Airport, meet a travel agent who will assist you through customs and formalities. Then, head to your hotel for check-in. Rest after the long flight.

Day 3: Fly to Luxor and embark on a cruise
After breakfast, drive to Cairo airport and fly to Luxor. Upon arrival, meet your guide and travel to the eastern bank to visit Karnak Temple followed by Luxor Temple. Then, board your cruise, spend the night in Luxor, and enjoy the evening
on your own.

Day 4: Visit Luxor in the West Bank
After breakfast, begin your tour by visiting the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon.

Then, return to your cruise. sail to Edfu, enjoy lunch and tea time from the sun deck and pass the Esna lock. Attend the Galabiya dinner and party on board the cruise, with an overnight stay in Edfu.

Day 5: Cruise - Edfu, Kom-Ombo and Aswan
After breakfast, disembark and travel by horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus. Discover one of the most beautiful temples of the Ptolemaic period, which has known an exceptional preservation. Enjoy the overview of Edfu, then resume the cruise.

Then sail to Kom-Ombo and have lunch. Next, visit the temples of the gods Sobek and Haroeris. After the visit, return to the cruise and sail to Aswan. Then, enjoy dinner and a disco party on board, with an overnight stay in Aswan.

Day 6: Drive to Abu Simble (Optional)
Early in the morning, head to Abu Simbel Temple by private vehicle. Here there are two majestic temples. Visit the temple of Ramses II, the most interesting temple is the sanctuary, where there are four statues, including one of Ramses II, and the temple of Nefertari. Then, return to Aswan. Day 7: Aswan - Return to Cairo

Day 8: Day trip to Alexandria
Early in the morning, begin your journey to Alexandria through desert roads by private, air-conditioned van. Start at the Catacombs of Kom El Shoukafa, an underworld of ornate carvings and paintings, and a mix of Roman and Egyptian motifs. Next, visit the citadel of Fort Qaitbey, located on the original site of Pharos, the ancient lighthouse of Alexandria. . Day 9: Cairo – Full Day Sightseeing Tour

Day 10: Depart Cairo
