8 Days Family Tour to Cairo & Nile Cruise by Train

Day 1: Welcome to Egypt
Welcome to Egypt and the start of a wonderful Egypt holiday with family! Arrive at Cairo airport, meet and greet service and included transfer to your 5 star Cairo Family friendly hotel

Overnight optional:
• 2-hour Nile Cruise dinner and Folk-dance show
• Sound & Light show, Pyramids at night.

Day 2: Cairo City Tour - Sleeper Train to Aswan
After finishing your delicious breakfast, the family will depart with our expert guide by private A/C vehicle.

Your full-day Excursion will start with a visit to the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus which are one of the old Seven Wonders of the World, and the Great Sphinx of Giza, which dates from the time of Chephren (2620BC). You will have the opportunity to take some impressive photos of panoramic views of the legendary Pyramids of Giza.

Have Lunch at a good quality local restaurant.

Afterward, you will enjoy visiting the Egyptian Museum, the most important depository of Egyptian Antiquities in the World. It contains the most extensive collection of pharaonic antiquities where you can feel the magic of Ancient Egypt History.

After finishing the tour, you will be transferred to the train station.

Overnight in sleeper train to Aswan.

Day 3: Arrival to Aswan - Aswan Tour - Nile Cruise
Upon arrival, your family will be met by our expert guide at the train station. You will be taken by private A/C vehicle.

Your full-day Excursion will start with a visit to the High Dam, then you will visit the Philae Temple, and your last visit will be the Unfinished Obelisk.

After finishing the tour, you will be transferred to the cruise.

Day 4: Nile Cruise - Edfu
After finishing your breakfast, you will meet our expert guide and he will depart you by private A/C vehicle.

Your full-day Excursion will start with a visit to the Kom Ombo to visit the temple used by both gods Sobek and Haroeies. After that, you will back to the cruise to enjoy your lunch while cruise sailing to Temple of Horus in Edfu

In the evening you will enjoy with your family a local event on a cruise called the Galabya party.

Day 5: Nile Cruise – Luxor East Bank
After finishing your breakfast, you will meet our expert guide and he will depart you by private A/C vehicle.

Your full-day Excursion will start with a visit to visit the world’s largest open museum at East Bank, by visiting the Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple to admire its outstanding courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses II.

After finishing the tour, you will be transferred to the cruise.

Day 6: Luxor West Bank
Optional:
Hot Air Balloon (approx. 30-45min) – Drift over the Valley of Kings.

After finishing your delicious breakfast, you will depart by private A/C vehicle to go to the West Bank, to visit Valley of Kings and Queens, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the two Colossi of Memnon.

After finishing the tour, you will be transferred to the Luxor train station to take your train back to Cairo.

Day 7: Cairo – Open Day
Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative at the train station. You will be taken by private A/C vehicle to your hotel in Cairo.
