This most famous dive in the Sinai Peninsula must be experienced to truly appreciate its wonders. The temple's cluster of coral heads rises from a depth of 12-20 meters (40-65 feet). If you look at them in the right position, and use your imagination, they look like the pillars of a temple.
For less challenging diving, there are sand patches about 8 meters (25 ft) high with plenty of entrances into the reef on the beach, and coral heads about 2 meters (6.5 ft) apart, allowing you to swim between them.
