Important Information

• It’s mandatory to present your Passport or Emirates ID at the Entrance for identification purposes.
• Unused or partially used services are non-refundable.
• Throughout the visit, children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please ensure you arrive at the location 20 minutes before the tour time.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women, heart patients, and individuals with backaches are strongly discouraged from participating in the tour.
• The maximum weight limit for all activities is 120 kg.

Please note the short description of each tour option

• Wake surfing: It starts with the rider holding onto a rope and being pulled by a boat. Once they pick up speed and feel comfortable, they let go of the rope and ride the wave created by the boat.
• Wakeboarding: It begins with the rider in the water, holding onto a rope connected to the boat. As the rider speeds up, they pop out of the water and perform tricks by using the boat’s wave as a ramp.
• Wake foiling: It is like wakeboarding but with a hydrofoil attached. The rider is pulled behind a boat, and as the boat speeds up, the hydrofoil lifts the rider above the water for a smooth and gliding experience.
• E-foiling: It involves standing on a special board in the water. The rider controls the board with a handheld wireless controller that adjusts the motor’s power. Increasing the power lifts the board above the water, and the rider can change direction and speed by moving their body and using the controller.

• All personal expenses are spent for shopping, drinks, dining, etc on-site during the tour.

Age-Related Policies

1.  Wake Board Session

• Children between 0-10 are considered infants and are not allowed on this tour.
• Children between 10-18 will be considered as a child and charged as an adult.
• Visitors above 18 will be charged as an adult.

2. Wake Surf Session

• Children between 0-7 are considered an infant and infants are not allowed to this activity

• Children between ages 7 to 12 will be considered as a child rate
• Children above age 12 will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate

3. Wake Foiling & 4. E-Foiling Session

• Children between the age of 0 to 16 will be considered child and child is not allowed.
• Children above the age of 16 will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
