Important Information

• Carry a valid ID or Passport with you during this activity.
• Participants must be between 12 to 65 years of age. Riders under 18 must have a legal guardian accompany them on the appointment date.
• To participate, you should meet specific physical requirements: a minimum height of 130 cm, weight between 45-100 kg, and be in good medical condition.
• Wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes. Avoid skirts, dresses, flip-flops, or loose footwear. Tie up your hair and leave large accessories at home. Dress modestly to respect the local UAE culture.
• Small lockers are available for storing small items like handbags, wallets, keys, and mobile phones. There’s no locker space for shopping bags or luggage. Please empty your locker after completing your ride.
• A camera will be attached to your helmet during the experience. You’ll receive personalized videos and photos via email.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this activity.
• Participants should not be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any substances that impair judgment, such as medication.
• Participants need to be free from serious physical or mental disorders that would hinder their ability to complete the physical and mental tasks required during the ride.
• Participants should not have medical conditions requiring immediate medical attention.
• Xline Dubai does not provide refunds or damages for canceled bookings for any reason.
• After receiving the ticket, you must fill out a form at the time of entry.
• Availability is subject to confirmation. If the booking is not confirmed, a refund will be processed.
