Dinner and Night Show at the Giza Pyramids

Once we've picked you up at your hotel in Cairo, we'll make our way to the Giza Pyramid archaeological site. There we'll enjoy around an hour-long light and sound show, with fun lasers projected directly upon some of the most famous monuments in the area.

The Great Sphinx and the famous trio of pyramids built in honour of Khufu, Khafra and Menkaure are lit up in vivid colours as we illuminate the history of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The music and visuals combine to create a unique atmosphere which immerses you in the past glories of the Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt.

With the function over, we'll head back to the hotel.

Traditional Egyptian Dinner

If you choose the option with dinner, you'll complete the evening with the tastes of the finest Egyptian cuisine. When the show is over, we'll take you to a local restaurant where you can sample the different flavours from the Middle East, with a menu including fish, rice, salads, kebabs, and a range of popular sweet treats.

Then after dinner, we'll take you back to your hotel.

The Show

Depending on the season, the time of the show varies:

• Winter (26th October 2023 - 1st April 2024): 7:30 pm
• Summer (from 2nd April 2024 to the 25th October 2024): 8:30 pm

Please keep in mind that these schedules are flexible and are subject to changes. In addition, it is dependent on sunlight, so they may vary throughout the year.

Language

The show is in English or Spanish, depending on the group. However, audio guides will be available in English, Spanish, Italian, French and Portuguese.

Important

Are you staying in the north of Cairo? If you've booked this activity and the Pyramids of Giza, Memphis and Saqqara for the same day, please be aware that the visit to the pyramids finishes at 5 pm and the show will start at about 7 pm. Since you don't have time to return to your accommodation, we offer waiting in a hotel in the pyramid area with air-conditioning until the show starts.
