5-Day Siwa Oasis Private Tour

Day 1: Cairo - Siwa

Embark on a new adventure as we pick you up from your Cairo hotel at 6 am. Our journey begins with a picturesque 3-hour drive to El Alamein, the historic WWII battleground. You'll have the opportunity to explore the WWII Museum and Cemetery, steeped in history. Our travels continue to the serene Marsa Matrouh on the Mediterranean Coast, where you can bask in its beauty. After a day of exploration, we'll set off on a 6-hour drive to Siwa, where you'll enjoy a delightful dinner and spend the night.

Day 2: Siwa's Hidden Gems

Start the day with a hearty breakfast before immersing yourself in the sights of Siwa. We'll visit the ancient Old City of Siwa (Shali) and the awe-inspiring Alexander Temple at Aghurmi Village. Our journey will take us to the Amun Ra Temple at Um Ubeyda and the enchanting Cleopatra Spring (Ein Guba). Don't miss out on the Siwa House Museum and the captivating sunset at Fitnas Island! After a day of seeing Siwa's gems, we'll spend another night in Siwa where a delightful dinner awaits us at the hotel.

Day 3: Desert Wonders and Adventure

The day begins with a scrumptious breakfast, followed by exploring the Siwa Desert. We'll stop at Maraki Village and uncover unique archaeological wonders, including the first human footprint on Great Siwa Mountain. We'll get to experience a thrilling Safari tour amidst the dunes and discover the ancient rocky coral reefs dating back to the Cambrian era. Our journey will then continue to Shiata Lake, home to Flamingo birds and refreshing cold springs. Get ready for some exhilarating sand surfing! The day will conclude at Bir Wahid hot spring for some relaxation. We'll then head back to the hotel for dinner and a well-deserved night's rest.

Day 4: Treasures of Siwa

After breakfast, we'll venture into the Mountain of the Dead (Gabal El Maouta) to explore intriguing tombs such as SI Amon, and the Crocodile Tomb. The Dakrour Mountains will be waiting for us next with their stunning views. We'll then visit Abu Sherouf, a Siwan Village, to experience the Bedouin way of life and admire the Roman Spring eye. After enjoying all of these activities, we'll return to the hotel for a delicious dinner.

Please note that Shiette Lake is currently closed.

Day 5: Siwa - Cairo

On the final day, we'll savour a delicious breakfast before we bid Siwa goodbye. We'll take you back to your accommodation in Cairo, concluding this unforgettable journey.

This tour includes 4 nights of accommodation in Siwa at Ghaliet Ecolodge & Spa. However, if the mentioned hotel isn't available, the company has the right to change to any hotel, as long as it's of the same category.

The tour also includes breakfasts and dinners in the hotel, and lunches during the sightseeing tours.

Please note that if you request pickup or drop-off from the following areas, there will be an additional cost: Cairo Airport, Sphinx Airport, New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, Heliopolis, Badr City, Shorouk, Rehab, Obour, Sheraton Almatar, Sheikh Zayed City or Madinty City.

Please note that you will need to provide a copy of your passport at least 24 hours prior to your travel date in order to issue the necessary licenses for the desert excursion.
